DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. DiSC® creates common, safe, understandable language that brings clarity and a realization of traits and values previously unnoticed or valued. Its goal is to reveal ourselves to ourselves, which allows us to be intentional about what we need and why we need it.
